This code has been developed to provide guidance and help Food Service businesses on how they can contribute to protect the environment by minimizing food west and comply with Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food safety Authority (ADAFSA) legislation. It takes account of the requirements of Regulation No (6) of 2020 – Food Hygiene throughout the Food Chain and international best practice.
