ADFCAs� artificial insemination and embryo transfer department staff visit Tawam Hospital
A team of ADFCAs� artificial insemination and embryo transfer department visited the In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) clinic in Tawam Hospital in Al-Ain in order to check the private laboratories for external fertilization and embryo production and discuss various aspects that are related to fertility diseases.
Accompanied by a team of professionals and lab technicians from Tawam Hospital clinic; ADFCAs� team explored the laboratory and discussed an assortment of subjects that are related to the production of embryos, IVF and Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) procedures and sperm counts, the necessary equipment specifications and use, the necessary materials used, in addition to discussing the various areas of cooperation in between the two teams.
The visit came as part of ADFCAs� initiative to promote the research center for artificial insemination and embryo transfer. The techniques that are used in the clinic are incredibly valuable to help in cases such as the weakness in male camels� productivity and lack of access to embryos.
