His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA), visited today ADFCA�s stand during a tour at Liwa Date Festival 2011, which will run from the 12th to 21st of July in Liwa, the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
His Highness praised ADFCA�s role in leveraging the national agriculture product and supporting the farming sector, especially the palms farms, with latest technologies. HH also listened to a presentation focusing on ADFCA�s wide range of offerings at the festival from information, knowledge; advices to experiences on agriculture especially date farming.
His Highness also viewed the technologies used in modern model farms and the advantages of using green houses, in addition to the products of ADFCA�s research stations that include honey, citrus fruits and mango.
