Project Description
Promote the role of food establishments' owners in ensuring food safety. The project enables the establishment's owner or his representative to self-check risks affecting the products' safety in the establishment, as well as documenting the existing processes and procedures to help the inspector to verify the status of the establishment during his absence.
Project Objectives
- Improve and elevate food safety in food and agricultural establishments.
- Train and qualify persons in charge of food safety programs and ensuring compliance with the requirements of self-monitoring processes in the establishments.
- Optimize the use of human resources regarding the control of food and agricultural establishments.
