A question and answer session followed the lecture.
In this regard, Mohammed Jalal Al Rayssi, Director Communication & Community Service Division at ADFCA said, "ADFCA is keen on disseminating food safety knowledge and awareness to various sections of the society. As women have a key role in keeping food safe, we give a prime focus to this section in our awareness programs. In the programs, we share them with scientific knowledge related to food safety covering all stages through which the food moves, including the stage where we buy raw food, transporting, cooking and keeping them in the storage"
