Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) recently organized the second round of bowling competition in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The event was part of the Authority's social activities aimed at encouraging and inspiring the staff.

Around 60 employees took part in the championship, which was held at the Sheikh Khalifa Bowling Hall in the Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi, and City Bowling Hall in Al Ain Mall.

This was the first time in the championship in which women employees took part, giving a fillip to ADFCA's efforts at strengthening the role of women and their participation at all levels.

In the men's championship in Abu Dhabi, Hamad Al Nuaimi won the first prize, followed by Abdullah Younus, Badr Abullah and Adnan Al Hammadi for the second, third and fourth prizes respectively.

In the men's championship in Ain, Mubarak Al Amri, Dhiyab Al Sharyani, Rashid Al Kutbi and Rashid Al Dar'I won the first, second, third and fourth prizes respectively.

As for the women's championship, Hassa Al Mansouri won the first prize, followed by Tahira Al Ka'bi, Fatima Al Mansouri and Samia Abdullah for the second, third and fourth prizes.
