Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) organized two awareness lectures for Emirates Transport Employees in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

The lectures were part of the Authority's strategy aimed at spreading awareness about sound food practices. The lectures detailed ADFCA's role in maintaining food safety, besides explaining the ways and means of keeping foods safe, right shopping methods and proper methods of transporting foods and preemptive measures against food poisoning.
