Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority has organized a consultative meeting with the owners and representatives of big restaurants, global chains, catering companies and central kitchens at Al Ain recently in order to explain them about inspection procedures and control systems.
System No. 3 for Tracking & Recall, Salamat Zadna Initiative and other important matters were detailed to the establishment owners in order to ensure smooth running of businesses while maintaining quality and safety of food.
An open session followed the presentations in which participants raised queries about ADFCA services as well as the control and inspection procedures. Participants also put their suggestions and recommendations in order to ensure improvement in the services delivered by both ends and to guarantee safe and quality food for the consumers.
