ADFCA bags this year’s .GOV Award for its excellent IT strategy

Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) represented by its Information Technology & Communication (IT&C) Division has bagged the second edition.GOV Middle East award for excellent IT strategy.

ADFCA was selected from among 300 organizations including  local and federal government entities for the best usage of IT in innovative ways that is compatible with the business strategy in the organization through creating competing features, enhance processes, support growth and enhance relationship between dealers.

The ITP Technology .GOV Awards were introduced in 2015 to honor the achievements of the government sector in the GCC in the ICT field. The awards program was established to highlight the world-leading progress that the Gulf region has made in the field of smart government and the use of information technology to drive progress and improve lives.

The award recognized ADFCA being not only a best project executer but also as an innovator in executing IT and related projects.

The award comes as a culmination of the wonderful work that was performed by Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority in previous 12 months, in emerging areas such as online internet services and smart mobile applications.
