Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority launches second edition of Al Namoos Excellence Awards

Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority has launched the second edition of Al Namoos Excellence Awards which is aiming at creating a work atmosphere characterized by high levels of administrative and professional excellence. The announcement came during a program held at ADFCA headquarters in which Director General H.E. Rashid Mohammed Al Shariqi and other high placed officials of ADFCA were present.

On this occasion, H.E. Rashid Al Shariqi commented: "Al Namoos Excellence awards reflects our commitment towards Abu Dhabi Government's strategy and its main out puts which are based on the directives issued by H.H. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi,  Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of The Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, pertaining to establishing awarding programs in every government entities in the emirate in order to entertain competitiveness and to elevate the overall situation of corporate scenario.

He said, ADFCA has been always keen to come up with initiatives that strengthen the culture of excellence and contribute in bettering government services in line with the advancement of the society and the economy.

He observed, the establishment of the award has encouraged employees to unearth their capabilities in order to excel in their performances with a competitive spirit.

Al Shariqi added saying that the awarding program will also have its positive impact on the working style of various organizational units such as sections, divisions and sectors and eventually enable them to meet the market and customer requirements at its best adding much contributions to the overall performance of Abu Dhabi public authorities and organizations.
