Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority has participated in the College of Food & Agriculture Week organized recently in UAE University under the theme 'New era in food and agriculture'.

ADFCA's participation in the event held on 29 February – 2 March reflects its keenness to interact with various sections of the society with the objective of spreading the message and task of ADFCA in the journey towards achieving food safety and security.

During the three-day activities ADFCA officials introduced the students and visitors new researches in the area of food, agriculture and livestock being carried out collaborating with various agencies and organizations.

ADFCA's core activities in the area of food safety and agriculture as well as veterinary services were also presented before the visitors.

Around 6,000 individuals including 360 school students visited the event in which 17 organizations and companies showcased their activities.
