Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) organized a lecture on autism at its main premises on the occasion of the global autism day. Dr. Wael Ghunaim of Zayed Higher Foundation for Humanitarian Care delivered the lecture.
Dr. Ghunaim explained the reasons for autism among kids, its symptoms, its diagnostic methods and its management.
The program was held by Auwn, ADFCA's community service arm, which focuses on social services targeting various sections of the community, especially the sick and the special needs people.
