Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) will participate this year for the first time in the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, to be held April 24 � 29, 2013 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.

Mohamed Jalal Al Rayssi, Director of Communication and Community Service at ADFCA said that the participation of the Authority in the fair was part of its strategy to reach out to all the sections of the society with its message of safe food, conservation of natural resources, optimization of the use of irrigation water and good agricultural practices. 

"ADFCA will showcase at the fair its many publications on food safety, agriculture, animal wealth, environmental protection and other related subjects with a view to spread the message far and wide. The participation will also comprise recreational activities for kids and direct interaction with the visitors," he added.
