ADFCA organizes welcome programs for school students across the Emirate

As part of its commitment to reach all segments of society, especially school students, in the beginning of the new academic year, Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) has organized welcome programs, under the title "Let's Welcome Them", for the first graders across various schools of the emirate.


The event targeted about 800 of kindergarten and first class students from all schools across the Emirate (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra).

The welcome programs aimed at enhancing cooperation with educational institutions and raising the students' awareness on basic principles of food safety and its safe resources. The students also were introduced to the vital role of ADFCA in the society.


They also received the event with joy and pleasure. The event witnessed a variety of recreational activities, such as face painting, reading competition, and various games, as well as distributing of many simple gifts, which helped to remove the tension that accompanied them at the beginning of the academic year.


At the end of the event, the school administrations and the participating centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra presented a shield and a certificate of appreciation to the authority, calling on ADFCA's officials to continue such activities and develop them.
