Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority's Al Ain Branch has organized an awareness lecture for girl students of the health club at the Al Nash' Al Salih School belonging to the Al Ain Educational Zone. Held under the supervision of the Retail Unit and titled "Prevention is Better than Cure," the event also included a visit by the students accompanied by ADFCA inspectors to the Lulu Hypermarket for a field visit. The visit was to introduce the participants to the correct methods for safe shopping and reading food labels.

Awareness publications were distributed at the end of the visit. The students were also asked to contact the Authority at its toll free number 800555 in case of any food-related complaints.
